Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hair Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to offering outstanding hair spa treatments, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. If you have a passion for hair care and a flair for delivering personalized, high-quality services, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of hair spa treatments, including scalp cleanses/exfoliations, massages, deep conditioning treatments, and hair restructuring treatments and steam therapies.

• Offer expert advice on hair care and maintenance tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair care industry.

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and spa protocols.

Advantageous qualities:

• Proven experience as a Hair Spa Therapist or in the hair and beauty field (not vital however).

• Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about hair and scalp treatments, products, and techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
